Who am I?

Hi, I'm Alex, a software engineer and a serious gym-goer, I've been training for over 6 years now and experienced in different styles of training including bodybuilding, powerbuilding, powerlifting and general fitness. I aim to provide my knowledge of fitness and strength to better accelerate everyones journey to achieving their fitness goals through offering well written programming and bespoke coaching services.
